Produce over one million components per year-weight ranges from 5 grams to 1.8 kilograms. Manufacturing facilities: We have our own tool room for development of new tools as well as maintenance of existing tools/dies. Pressure die casting machines of sizes dc-120/60 MT have been installed along with associated required machinery and equipment. Further machining on cnc lathe and vmc is also carried out. Surface treatment like chromatising, vibro-finishing, shot blasting& plastic powder coating is under taken as per the requirements of the customer. For sub assembly, press, turn and plastic& extruded components are used. Manufacturing tolerance can be achieved as per isi specifications on various machines installed in the workshop. |
