| About us | In 1991, MTI MobilTech International (then Pacific Royal Enterprises Ltd.) introduced one of the first 286SX AT notebook computer. It was released about one year behind Compaq's first notebook and before IBM even made a notebook computer. MTI was one of the earliest notebook distributors in Canada. Due to our experience, we at MTI are capable of designing and manufacturing excellent products for our customers. The Smartbook™ is the model name of all the notebooks manufactured or distributed by MTI. It is approved by countless happy resellers and satisfied users. MTI MobilTech International has been assembling and selling Smartbook notebook computers in Canada since 1991. Our philosophy is that reliability, quality and service take precedence when providing notebook computer solutions. MTI engaged in the business of import, sales and distribution of CD-R and CD-RW media products and other related activities throughout the United States, Canada and South America. MTI started from 1997, in the North America, to promote its CD-R media in the professional duplicator market. Due to the best quality from our CD-R manufacturers, Ritak and CMC, MTI has gained its good name and become the only one CD-R manufacturer direct distributor in the North America.
