The MALRO was formed in 1985 under the name Lakreh (Pvt. ) Ltd to tap in to the field of manufacturing exclusive wear for the then booming Garment industry. It was able to attain huge success in a very brief period and at present has expanded as MALRO producing top brand labels - a Board Of Investment of Sri Lanka approved garment manufacturing and export company.
