I established this company after I came back to Cnanda from China at the end of 2003. When I was in my hometown, a lot of my friends and some of my relatives, who are running the manufacturer are making knivies, flatware, BBQ tools, garden tools and kitchen tools etc. Was asking me if I can be their agent for oversea market, therefore they can do the business with oversea clients and get rid of so many 'bridge' between them and the retailers. But seriously, I do not have any experience on business area, but I would like to give it a try.
