| About us | We have strict working procedure to make our furnitures: 1, Desiccating process: The unadulterated redwood is cleaved into boards after being desiccated. Then, the boards are selected carefully in order to avoid inferior moth-eaten wood getting into manufacturing procedure. The water content of the furniture is directly related with its adaptation to the season exchange. We adopts scientific drying method of vaporizing, by which the wood is dried repeatedly from 150 degree to 45 degree, to let the water content of the wood reach scientific standard, keep the duration of the furniture and avoid cracking open and deforming. 2, Mortise and tenon structure: The mortise and tenon structure is designed and fixed carefully by the carpenters, which is stable and solid. Our carpenters consider the degree of thickness and closeness and the reasonability of mechanics balance and fix carefully according to the design samples of the furniture. Redwood furniture with mortise and tenon structure having strict structure, is solid, stable and durable and not easily loosened. 3, Care and precise work: Each piece of fine furniture is the work with care and precision of carpenters. These beautiful furniture arts have great aesthetic values and show the special artistic disposition of traditional furniture. 4, Scraping and polishing: Scrape and polish the semi-finished furniture repeatedly by techniques of levigation, polishing etc. Then the figure will be easy and smooth, and the feel will be comfort and exquisite. 5, Painting: After scraping repeatedly from rough to fine, brush the Chinese high-quality raw lacquer on the furniture again and again until the grain of the wood is clear and smooth, the furniture has bright and clean color and noble and elegant quality.
