Now the procedurs are as follow as we do always: 1- Buyer Sends LOI with complete banking coordinates and authorization of a soft probe. 2- We issue our/our principal's draft contract to the buyer/buyer's mandate directly or through their intermediary. 3- Buyer sends accepted and signed draft of contract with a fresh BCL, confirming that buyer has capability to open a LC. 4- Seller sends final contract (soft and hard) copies to the buyer. 5- Buyer issue a NON OPERATIVE LC. 6- Seller activates the LC by sending POP (Bank to Bank) and posting 2% BG. 7- Shipments start as per mutually agreed schedule. Only serious bed's with full ( LOI and BCL ) and target price will be answered. |
