| About us | Levant Suez Consulting, LLC identifies and develops emerging technologies with commercial potential, and funds and manages the exploitation of the associated intellectual property (IP). We actively explore opportunities to collaborate with third parties who have, or have access to, IP in areas in which we believe we can add value. A key element of this process is the creation of spinout companies, but we are also involved in joint ventures and licensing, where these are more appropriate exploitation routes. The company maintains an internal valuation model for its entire portfolio, which is used by the Board as a performance metric and to determine optimal investment strategies. The investments we manage are substantial and mainly dedicated to developing and protecting high-technology inventions and spinouts. We form partnerships with other fund managers and these are an important part of our investment activities. In addition to financial investment, Levant Suez Consulting, LLC will arrange support for investments in a range of ways and generally take an active interest. Support may include supplying a non-executive director, preparation of business plans, introduction to funding, market advice or other consultancy, procurement of product development, and provision or securing of intellectual property. |
