| About us | R.M.T. Industries is one of the companies owned by Mr. C.L. Khubchandani a name that is well known in the tape industry since way back 1982. Mr. C.L. Khubchandani openened this industry during 1982 in Delhi by name M/s. Letape India Pvt Ltd and was the mouthpiece of tape and music industry at that time. During the year 1997, the factory from Delhi was shifted to Silvassa for newly built premises keeping in mind the present day requirements of facilities for producing audio tapes and cassettes. The new name after shifting was given as R.M.T. Industries. The group also has its four units of moulding facilities for producing audio tapes and cassettes. R.M.T Industry, the tape-producing factory is situated at Plot No. 15, Survey No. 126, silvassa Industrial Coop. society Ltd., Village Amli, Silvassa - 396230, Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli. R.M.T Industries is situated in an area of approximately 30,000 sq. ft and out of which the factory building will be measuring about 16000 sq. ft. The entire factory building is of RCC construction and built according to tape industry requirements. Even departments are divided separately as per the requirements keeping in mind, the critical stages of tape production. The factory inside and also outside premises are kept cleaned always, a condition, which is very important for this industry. Silvassa Industrial area is good in Electricity and water supply, but even then, R.M.T Industries is equipped with its own power generation units by means of D.G. sets and borewells. R.M.T. Industries has got a good and well experienced technical personnel team in all production departments, who have hands on experience of 6-10 years on an average. The company now operating one 13' coating line and producing 15-20 lacs of C-60 equivalents per month which is about 50% - 65% of plant capacity. The company is proposing to install its second line of coating if conditions favorable. The present slogan or R.M.T industry is Quality not Quantity. |
