$3,500,000. (4th year)

Maximum Units ($50,000. each):
Fifty (50) Total: $2,500,000.

Participation: 35% ownership in the building (free deed) and 35% net profits from the Museum.

There is a strong probability that the toal amount provided by the Limited Partnership, will be reimbursed in the fourth year, leaving the said Partnership with a free 35% in a very well located building in Texas and 35% of the Museum's profits.

Discount rate in the Permanent Showroom for companies being holders of units.

The Showroom will offer a strategic address in the United States. All inclusive (security,maintenance, staff, utilities, telephone, office, marketing, promotion, etc.)
