The loi/icpo should contain the following information as a minimum and should follow the format of the attached loi template where possible: Specification of produce required. Volume of order. Bulk or 50 kilo bags. Shipping details proposed volumes. Discharge rate. Destination port Target price(ourprice $65) Financial instrument Full banking co-ordinates including account number, swift code, contact name at bank, confirming bank name and address if bank issuing lc is not a prime bank. Name of authorised contract signatory. Buyer financial capability will be verified prior to issuing the draft contract. The seller will issue an fco for the buyer's signature together with the verbiage of the contract. The buyer signs the fco and provides proof of funding with verbiage of proposed financial instrument. Upon receipt of the signed fco, proof of funding and verbiage of financial instrument, the seller issues contract with full banking for signing and sealing. |
