| About us | JAMA VENTURES, INCORPORATED, was incorporated on December 18, 2000 in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. Its main business is the export of frozen seafood products to Japan, Europe, United States, Australia and Canada. Its seafood products include frozen octopus, fresh frozen black tiger prawns, frozen fish fillets, fresh frozen squid fillet and others. Jama Ventures, Incorporated was incorporated with a paid up capital of Forty Thousand Pesos (PhP 40,000.00) and was increased to Thirty Two Million Pesos (PhP 32,000,000.00) thereafter. The principal stockholders are the following: 1. Angelico C. Maskarino, President and Chairman 2. Cornelio P. Maskarino, Vice Chairman 3. Arleen Jocelyn G. Maskarino, Corporate Secretary 4. Rosabella C. Maskarino, Treasurer 5. Franico C. Maskarino, Assistant Corporte Secretary 6. Peter Paolo C. Maskarino, Member Mr. Angelico C. Maskarino, controls eighty percent (80%) of the ownership structure of the corporation with the rest divided with the other members of the family. It has a plant in Oceanward Trading located in Davao City Fish Port Complex in Daliao, Toril, Davao City. The plant has been operating for the last three years and accredited with the export markets such as the US and EU as meeting the basic safety and quarantine standards. Its banks are Export and Industry Bank of the Philippines and United Coconut Planters Bank. The export buyers are Dobexco Foods International, Crystal Cove Seafoods Corporation, Landauer Seafoods Corporation and Nichimen Corporation of Japan. |
