Global quality control system Our quality control standards are kept, by supervising the quality of the product from the yarn stage onwards. Fabric is checked by us before it is shipped to the offshore factory, to ensure that weight, color, shrinkage, and specific standards are kept. We supervise garments during the sewing process to ensure that the sewing characteristic and the measurements are right. Also our job is to ensure that the final finishing of the garments is perfect. 5. Factory matrix Korean suppliers are very competitive and flexible in terms of price and delivery. They are also well known for reliable credits and trustworthiness. We work with factories with high quality standards and level of expertise. We select our manufacturing partners after investigating their financial strength, technical abilities, factory compliances, personnel and productivity, quota holding and performance reputation with customers based on years of experience. Our merchandising system is structured to handle productions from bases all around the world to ensure that production is handled by the right factory that is located in the right country to meet your highest expectations. Our main production bases are Central America(Guatemala, Honduras), South Asia(VietnamCambodia, Indonesia), China&Korea.
