Own factory The PET post consumed Beverage and mineral Water Bottles are processed by cutting into small pieces, having 10mm to 20mm in irregular sizes and shapes. These flakes are then washed with various chemicals and fresh water to remove impurities organic and inorganic foreign particles, particularly the PVC and PP. These washed flakes are then dried and again sorted other particles if any and finally packed in PP woven bags, mostly in 25/30 kgs net weight. Specifications: a) Humidity : <0.50% (Less then 0.50) b) Melting point : 256C c) Viscosity (IV) : 0.720 d) Other particles : No PVC, PP, caps or labels. Present Capacity: 200 Mt/Month from next month capacity will 1000 Mt/Month |
