| About us | Over the years, the IRIS mark for porcelain items and PORFIN mark for decorative items became well known in our country and all over the world, because of their special quality and refinement. The first IRIS articles were created in Cluj, back in 1922. IRIS PORTELAN SA is a private company ( shareholding ). The company wants to promote the recently bought technical base, but especially the professional abilities of the staff. The shareholders are five remarkable persons who are also involved in other important companies which have approximately the same activity, such as manual glasses for tableware and window glasses. The IRIS articles and technologies have ISO 9001 certificate. Regarding the porcelain items, IRIS offers a large variety of articles, but each article can be produced in different mode - with different decoration, different type of decoration, different colours. The decoration of the porcelain items is made using our own decals or those offered by the client and manual decoration. The tableware are for 6,12,24 persons, having different composition. The cups with saucer and other sets contain 2-5 till 15-25 pieces. The decorative items are made by true artists who know how to create a large constructive and dimensional variety.
