| About us | The Samanco Fishing Complex is the biggest and modern port refrigerating facility of Peru, about 80,000 square meter of modern frozen facilities and zone of wharf, that are built by the technical and financial collaboration of the German Goverment (GOPA, GTZ and KFW). This facilities are located in the deparment of Ancash, province of Santa, district of Samanco, it is 400 Km at North of Lima and 20 Km at south of Chimbote harbor. Our operation center, the Fishing Complex of Samanco, is located in front of the richest and strategic fishing zone of Peru, where the bisggest biomass of the world inhabits, there are near to our installation thje abundat fishing zones of the blue fish (mackarel, jack mackerel, anchovy), tuna fish (yellow fin and skip jack), golden fish (mahi mahi), molluskc (scallops, snails), and cephalopods (giant squid and squid). Our facilities allow us to prepare for the international market diverse types of presentations as whole fihs, gutted, HG/HGT, fillets and loins, as well as the entire cephalopods, or in diverse presentations, as you rings, striped, buttons, steaks, Frozen in block or IQF, frozen boiled or pre cooked, packed in sacks or in cartons box, for wholesale distributors or for the big supermarkets. We are the only one in Peru with storage capacity of forzen and owner port facilities enough to handle marine shipments of 3,000 MT. The productive processes of CASAMAR S. A. C. Are endorsed in plans HACCP: The Fishing Complex of Samanco has authorizations and records to export to European Community, Brazil and Argentina, all the countries of APEC. We are identify by the international qyalification Code PO90-SAM-CASA and every 120 days our processes and faciltities are checking by the Fishing sector Sanitary Authority SANIPES - ITP. The facilities of the Fishing Complex of Samanco are registered and enabled by the FDA; they have fulfilled with all requirements of the US government needed for the qualification of forereing facilities about the Law against the Biological Terrorism of 2002. |
