| About us | Company Overview & Objectives The purpose of IMC is to allow businesses and manufacturers from overseas the ability to actually have a retail/wholesale operation up and running in the US market. We will search and locate the best location for your retail business as well as finding a facility with a warehouse built in for the wholesale aspect of the operation.  Cost – The cost involved in setting up and running an operation in the US from your home country would be very expensive. When you figure in the cost of traveling from your country, finding a good area, lodging at a hotel, food, rental cars plus the additional money needed to constantly go back and forth between countries to manage your business, it is not cost effective or realistic. IMC handles all of this for you.  Staff – The cost of constantly keeping a reliable staff working during the hours of operation would be next to impossible from a different country. IMC is there from the beginning. From set up to the daily day to day operation of your business.  Accounting – IMC will send a daily accounting of sales so you are always aware of how the business is doing. Deposits will be made on a daily basis into your account either here in the US, or wired to your bank in your country.  Sales Force – Hiring a sales force from overseas is the same as trying to hire and manage a staff for your store here. IMC will hire a sales force. These sales people will operate on a commission basis, meaning, they get paid as they bring in the business. The outside sales force will be the ones that are looking for the large orders from major department stores. Another major benefit of having IMC run your business in the US, is increased profits.
