| About us | Intermediate petrochemicals industries co. Ltd. Is a public share holding company established in 1980. A unique industrial complex in the field of intermediate petrochemical industries was established with the assistance of several international chemical companies who participated in the know-how support at the companys start up. The company started production in 1984 to cover part of local market and surrounding markets needs of the intermediate petrochemicals products and related chemical materials. The company has eight plants (industrial units) and utilities units, built on a 67000 square meters land, including 11000 square meters of covered steel structures,5000 square maters of concrete buildings and 4800 cubic meters liquid bulk storage tank facilities. These plants are: - organic peroxides plant. - unsaturated polyesters resins plant - fiberglass reinforced polyester sheets frp (relon) plant - pvc compounds plant - plasticizers plant - urea & phenol formaldehyde plant - organic solvents plant As well, the company owns spectra international for plastics and colors company with an annual production capacity of about 800 MT of polyolefin masterbatchs (pellets), while the mother company produces as well concentrated colors for polyester resins (pastes) and for PVC compounds (powders, pellets).
