Tambour manufactures products for export, marine paints, as well as to supply paints and coatings to the Israel Defense Forces and the Israeli Air Force. Logistics - A service that coordinates the purchase of raw materials, import and shipment of products, warehouse storage of materials and paint products, and ultimately the distribution of finished products to purchasing agents. Tambour, which prides itself on care and integrity of the environment, has broadened its activities beyond the field of paints, through the functions of its subsidiaries. Tambour Ecology - Company activities are divided into two major fields: Projects Division - Specializes in design and installation of municipal and industrial waste water purification and recycling systems, pumping stations for water and wastes, storage tank construction, water purification systems for industrial use, and desalination plants for potable water supply. Chemistry and Trade Division - Manufactures specialty chemicals for metal finishing and surface technology, industrial water specialty chemicals, and markets systems for printed circuits and metal electroplating, activated carbon for water and air purification and Cuno filtration systems. Kedem Chemicals - Through its subsidiary - Diverseylever Israel Ltd. -manufactures and distributes cleaning, disinfecting and maintenance products for the institutional - industrial markets. Serafon Resinous Chemicals Corporation Ltd. - Activities include research and development, production and sale of adhesives, acrylic additives, sealants, exterior coatings and more. Tzah Israeli Printing Inks Ltd. - Produces and distributes a vast array of printing inks, varnishes and accessories. S.D.L. Technologies (SOL) Ltd. - Designs and manufactures a vast array of products for the treatment and purification of industrial and municipal waste- water and purification of water for potable needs. |
