The top manager in the company has to take the full responsibility for the Quality Management System. The main work, can however, be delegated to a representative in the organization, who implement, maintain and improve the system. The quality system should be implemented in co-operation with an experienced consultant. The processes in the company have to be identified and well documented in flow diagrams and clearly show connections to the customer. The customers needs should always be focused when developing a quality system. The top management have to specify quality objectives and ensure that these objectives are in accordance with customers requirements. These objectives should continued be measured(i. E. Deliverytime precision etc. ). All documentation should be on computer files.(No paper copies are needed as a quality manual) Employees have to be educated and informed at suitable occasions. Non-bureaucratic and practical procedures should be developed. All employees, who are involved, should take their responsibility in implementing and improving the system. The main goal with the Quality Management System should be to improve the efficiency and not to increase the bureaucracy.
