He graduated from the University of Hartfordshire, England with a BSc degree in Civil/Structural engineering. Philip Chan Y. T Over 10 years of systems, financial and general management experience in Greater China(thePRC, Hong Kong and Taiwan) with leading multinational and Asian companies. He has been involved in business expension planning, restructuring of operations, acquisitions and performance appraisal for Nordson Application Equipment of the US and for Hung Chong machinery Ltd of Hong Kong. Before that, Mr. Chan had spent nearly five years with PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu working with leading multinational companies on due diligence, exchange listings and financial audits. He graduated from the University of London, King's College with a degree in electric&electronic engineering and a degree in Chartered Accounting and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Thomas Dobby Adviser/contributor Mr Dobbie has worked for over twenty years for a number of Engineering and Surveying Consulting companys in New Zealand, Southeast Asia and Hong Kong including TCB in New Zealand and Malaysia and Maunsells and Mott MacDonald in Hong Kong. He has also spent five years managing the Survey Section of a Government Department in Hong Kong. He has been involved both in the design and management of a number of large Land Development and Civil Engineering Construction projects with involvement in both procurement and development of related computer systems. Responsibilities have included the analysis and procurement of both hardware and software for data processing and CAD applications as well as overseeing the development of data processing applications in the civil engineering field. Mr. Dobbie graduated from University of Otago in Surveying and subsequently passed the professional examination to practice as a Registered Surveyor in both New Zealand and Malaysia. |
