People at horizon and our suppliers, it is their added experience of almost 18 to 20 years which when clubbed with our design resource gives us a unique advantage. Owned by a qualified interior decorator, who has since retired from active consultancy, the company promotes her philosophy to allow people with talent to specialize in their area of interest. Besides having a team of six senior designers the company also has on their panel designers in the us and Europe. Through our associates we sell the world over. Chain stores, importers and hospitality & specialty buyers each being addressed separately for their choice of designs, colors, and products. Companies based in Singapore and Hong kong are already consulting us for designs that are manufactured in China. Our experience has been scattered across Italy, France, U. S. A. And Japan. Factory site advantages: Our factories are scattered all across India and exists in the local craft centers thereby enabling no scarcity of raw material and labour. Some of these centers can be traced on the Indian map at: - *moradabad - brass & metal products, *jodhpur/jaipur - furniture & textiles, *karur/panipat/cannanore - cotton fabrics & textile made-ups, *bangalore/varanasi/bhagalpur - silks & silk made-ups, *delhi/chennai/kanpur/calcutta - bags, belts, footwear & garments in leather. With a strong desire to give Indian products a competitive design focus without influencing their prices horizons proposes and recommends the use of locally available material. However, certain components that are not made in India are also outsourced. E. G. ; wire for lamp lighting comes from both Italy & Korea. To ensure a good and reliable product all raw materials at our exporters facilities are inspected & tested before being taken into production. Even packaging material is tested. Depending on the product horizons facilities are either totally mechanized; semi-mechanized; or completely handicraft based. Quality policy - quality is not a post mortem but an on-line progressive approach. We help plan productions after a lot of brain storming between our technicians & quality controllers and exporters factories. A thorough in-process benchmarking & record logging leads to a highly standardized product. From the customers point of view - approvals are taken at different stages of production thereby ensuring greater harmony. Clients are always advised of any unforeseen delays so that they can prepare themselves accordingly.
