We are an ISO9001: 2000 certified foundry specializing in engineering, research and production of high temperature alloy heat resistant castings, which has earned it's reputation by reaching or exceeding customer expectations for nearly 20 years in both internation and domestic markets.
Our plant is equipped with state of the art equipment from melting, pouring, welding, machining to testing.
The annual production capacity is 2500 tons of centrifugal casting tubes, 2000 tons precision static castings
We use both centrifugal casting and static casting methods to produce our parts. Other than casting, we offer complete machining, welding and fabrication services
Our main products are:
Petrochemical Industry
Tubes, fittings, coils, manifolds and various other items, assembled or not, used in cracking furnaces and reforming furnaces.
Metallurgical Industry
Rolls, radiant tubes and various static castings for CAL(Continuous annealing line)/CGL(Continuous galvanizing line).
Commercial Heat treating Industry
Various parts made by investment casting and sand casting method, suh as Trays & Grids, Baskets, Chain Guides, Fans, Cast Link Belts, etc.,
Glass Industry
Various Rolls for annealing lehr of float glass.
Patterned(embossed) rolls for flat glass.
