Healthyroads is a provider of health and wellness programs for health plan and employer groups. We offer exercise, weight management, tobacco cessation, and other wellness programs directly to members. Part of our offereing includes a starter kit when a member joins our program. We are in the process of creating a few new starter kits for seniors and the general population that include hand weights, resistance cords/tubing and exercise balls.
