| About us | We manufacture piston rings for all types of gasoline and diesel vehicles. Our production range is(from60mm to 140mm ring diameter) with a production capacity of 12,000,000 piston rings per year. We are the main supplier of piston rings in the local market for OEM automotives companies and after market, while 70% of our production is exported to Europe, USA, and african markets. We are the only factory that manufactures piton rings in the middle east and Africa. Regarding our quality: We manufacture piston rings using the most advanced know how technology obtained from Germany in casting, manufacturing, and quality assurance according to german d. I. N. Standards, utilizing the(up-to-dateswiss cnc machines to insure the highest quality, beside up-to-date special machines delivered from dimaco, switzerland). The quality assurance is achieved for the produced rings by using the inspection procedures and the instrumentation delivered by dimaco, Switzerland. We have three stages of the quality control as follow: First we inspect our materials in the foundry in our laboratories that are designed specially for inspecting the mechanical properties, chemical analysis, micro structures,&thehardness test. Second in the production line we have two types of the inspection visual inspection and immediate inspection in which we inspect the rings immediately after processing on each machine. Third the final inspection in which we inspect the rings after the production and before backing to reach the german d. I. N. Standards, ISO 9000,&qs9000. In this final inspection we measure and inspect the specifications of the rings such as the tangential force, chrome layer thickness, ovality, surface roughness, taper edge degree,&otherswe would like to inform you that hamenz got the quality certificates of ISO 9000&qs 9000 since 1998 and also many quality certificates from USA, england, Russia, Turkey, and others.
