| About us | Haleema Garments(HG) is spread over 500 square meters with a covered area of 450 square meters. The present lay out has kept future expansion plans under consideration as well. The facility is located in well known area of Karachi-Pakistan. STRENGTH OF HG The management of Haleema Garments has carefully planned and wisely invested in this facility by employing most updated and state of the art technology for sewing operations and thus producing masterpiece quality garments that in turn is our greatest strength and of paramount vitality. PROFESSIONALISM AT HG Our workers team, who are carefully selected having experience for over a decade, professionally run the complete marketing and merchandising show for the factory. The team goes beyond boundaries for planning appropriate logistic control over apparel manufacturing. They keep a watchful eye round the clock on production, required quality of our buyers, maintaining efficient productivity and timely deliveries. Not to forget the total quality commitment they hold within themselves. Furthermore, all our buyers are kept abreast on daily basis with status of production, and will communicate on time basis in case of any enigmatic situations. They are our real assets. CAPABILITY OF HG The facility specializes in making men/women polo and the automation to achieve efficient and quality productivity. However, the factory is also capable of handling all kinds of mens and ladies knitwear items whether be it bottoms or tops. The factory can source and handle fabrics such as jersey with/without spandex, all textures of pique, interlock, polar fleece, micro fleece, velour, and other similar articles as per buyers needs and requirements. FUTURE PLAN OF HG The current picture of HG is what we call as the first phase of us. We hold strong intentions of considerable expansion to increase our capacity and offer more of ourselves to our buyers. Our plans are such as. To double the production capacity of mens/ladies polo shirts from 200 dozen per day production to 400 dozen per day production by the mid of next year. Shall be establishing a(woven), preferably heavy weight fabric to manufacture bottoms by the end of next year 2005. |
