| About us | Located in hainan island where has bright sunshine, fresh air, blue sea and sky without any industrial pollution, we have unique climatic and environmental conditions in nature for growing aloe vera. In order to ensure our aloe vera intermediate products' quality to fit organic standards, we have set up two standardized plantations that cover an area of more than 70 hectares. We employ organic agricultural experts for establishing scientific procedures of planting and processing management. We have an advanced research laboratory, in which a group of talented scientific personnel are carrying out study of aloe vera applications and processing. The r&d department has developed and created a series of management and production procedures in conjunction with the experts from national scientific and research institutes as well as we have had modernized and advanced facility for the processing of aloe vera raw materials. Our production lines are strictly complied with the five elements of quality control: Time, temperature, sanitation, biological activity and retention of macromolecular components. The factory which has been certifying by haccp is situated close to the plantations, thereby enabling fresh leaves to be processed to become stabilized gel in 4 - 6 hours after gained. In this way, components and biological activity are maintained as efficiently as possible. We have also developed normal temperature concentration equipment in conjunction with a national r&d institute. This apparatus replaces traditional enzyme degradation technology, and solves the problem of temperature increase during concentration; which occurs using other methods. Furthermore, it also allows good control over the retention of biological activity and prevents material oxidation and color change. Advanced and scientific technology and specific biological activity provide our products with more competitive than other aloe vera processors.
