| About us | Harvesting is done with two trawlers and two longliner fishing boats imported from Canada. Their maximum engine capacity is 1840 hp. These vessels have been equipped with modern devices such as autopilot, satellite navigation and SSB etc., and they are equipped with seawater desalination machines. The trawlers use a depth-adjustable net which can be adjusted according to fish location, identified by echo sounder. The trawling operation can reach a maximum depth of 600 meters. The longliners are used to catch swordfish, tuna & sail fish, and included in the by-product catch is shark. The automatic hook setting system can put down 2650 hooks at the same time in each fishing operation. The maximum storage capacity is 300 tons in the cold storage hold, while the fishing boats can continuously navigate for 25 days. The fleet’s annual catch capacity is 60,000 tons. There are three production lines in the fish processing plant, i.e. a filet processing line, shrimp processing line and self-caught fish processing line and there are multi-series cold and frozen storage rooms. Raw fish are classified, cleaned, processed at low temperature and kept frozen after blast freezing. Hainan is the only place in China where tilapia can be farmed year all round. Hainan is also one of the cleanest place in China as well. We keep very close contact with tilapia farms. We provide technical assistance to them. The feedstuff and application of medicals are under our tight monitoring. Our aquatic processing plant has been HACCP and EEC verified. The total capacity of the cold (frozen) storage rooms is 3000 tons. There are a freezing room at –40ºC, a final product storage room at –27°C and a preservation room at –5°C. The processing capacity of the fish processing plant is 200 ton. The annual production value will be several hundred million RMB. We have Nile tilapia and white shrimp(Penaeus Vannamei)which are farmed all year round in Hainan,China. Hainan is famous for its pollution-free enviroment in China. It is one of the cleanest place in P.R.China. We have very close connection with the tilapia and shrmp farms and provide techinical assistance to them as well. The feedstuff and application of medicals are under tight monitoring from us. We have the processing plant which is EEC and HACCP verified. The fishery information center’s function is to provide precise fishery information for ocean fishing fleet operations, including sustainable quantities of marine resources and as well as the kinds and distribution of fish. Based on their information, the fishing fleet can optimise sustainable benefits. A sales and marketing network system, includes export and import trade and is complemented by an informative internet sales support system. Cold storage, market strategy and distribution and aquatic product sales networks have been established in the major cities in China. The Jiahua trademark is rapidly becoming a world-renowned product brand consistent with the highest standards of quality. Up to now, the company has obtained HACCP and EEC verifications. The products have been sold to U.S.A, Canada, Japan, France, Germany, Belgium etc countries.
