We at GPAC (Groupo Promoto de Artes Y Culturo) offer vacations, timeshares, investments, and otherwise promote art and culture. Based in Mazatlan, Sinaloa, the semi-private Balboa Club is the finest example of a vacation resort offered at a discount. Through RCA and our relationship to other timeshare companies we can book with resorts around the world. Currently our resort development program is in the works offering investment properties in Los Cabos (Southern-most Baja California). We accept barter credits from credible companies and we offer goods and services from previous contacts and clients. We wheel and deal, buy and sell, and make money for ourselves and our investors.
