The objectives of GI would be attained through the following strategies: Offering professional courses that are in line with the industry needs. Establishing, developing and extending co-curricular activities to enable the values of trust, faith, dedication, discipline and good manners fostered among students. Exposing all students to work experience through practical training enabling them to adjust faster to the working environment. Improving the teaching and learning of English in all courses enabling students to cope effectively in the international world of business. Extending and improving the use of computers in all courses in accordance with the current technological development. Studying, researching and revising the curriculum for all courses offered to ensure that they are in accordance to the needs of the nation. Improving the lecturer: Student ratio to ensure effectiveteaching/learning Improving, completing and extending the basic facilities necessary for the institute and its students to create harmonious and peaceful environment. Organising, updating and improving the training system for both academic and non academic staff with the aim of enhancing their knowledge and experience for a higher level of achievement in their work |
