| About us | . To register as a direct Buyer or Supplier, provide Ginesta&Associates the following by Email, and, by Fax, on Corporate Letterhead, signed and sealed. IMPORTANT: non-Client Suppliers and Buyers who trade with us are automatic registrants, unless otherwise requested. Suppliers provide: ** detailed contact information & terms, ** detailed commodity specification,verifiable POP, ** commodity availabilty, ** which of CIF, FOB, TTT, shipment terms is available, ** Sellers must readily issue [or leave standing] official & confirmable FCOs/Draft SPAs to G&A as required for start of transactions. FCOs and SPAs to Buyers MUST absolutely include confirmable, (a.) commodity ownership & availabilty, (b.) official Authority to sell & export, and post of PBs after POFs. Buyers provide: ** detailed contact information & terms, ** full commodity requirement, ** whether CIF, FOB, Transshipment[certificate of bunkering may be required], is required, ** whether requirement is spot, short term,long term contract, ** whether you have REFINERY(s) or TankFARM(s), or delivery agreement(s) with either, & capacity(s) ** Buyers must readily issue [or leave standing] official & confirmable LOI/ICPO to G&A as required for start of transactions. Buyers MUST absolutely demonstrate Proof of Funds [POF ie., BCL, or ICPO with Banking endorsement] for Sellers to post PBs, and cooperated towards efficient processing & Lifting. Supplier and Buyer Mandates/Agents: ** provide the appropriate information above, and proof of mandacy. G&A non-Client transaction procedure: ** when contacted with offers from non-Clients; for subsequent Regency Brokered non-Client transactions we only broker between Directs. The exception is, we do broker with nexTo(s) on very solid transactions. We provide our commission procedure and agreement prior to successful SPA closings unless otherwise requested. We can do business almost immediately if your requirement is available to us. Should you require an direct signatory Agent/Mandate/Broker: This RegencyGroup service is available to direct Suppliers and Buyers or their Direct & Signatory Mandates.
