About us | Throughout the years, I have the opportunities to take parts in many functions and roles in the companies I worked with. For instance, I am the department head for quality assurance and operation management department. I am also the sales and technical manager for the export door sales department. All the frontline jobs has helped me to gather good technical knowledge of door related product and production processes. Since 1997, I was actively involved in the production improvement activities and eventually setting up operation management department. The main objective of this department is to improve both production processes and operation systems in the factory. For instance, has helped to increase productivity of membrane pressing by 20% by changing the layout of the mold design. Have also introduced internal supplier-customer chain system in the production. Quality requirements outlined the acceptance of moisture content, veneer and wood defects and etc. Whereas dimensional requirements spelled the acceptable tolerances for component, profile, height, width, thickness and etc. Wide experience in quality requirements will definitely assist mill to produce product as per specification and lesser quality problems.
