| About us | The management and production of our enterprise are all guided by ISO9001 standards and in 1998 we first were awarded ISO9001 certification as well as inspection exemption from the State General Administration of the People's Republic of China for Quality Supervision and Inspection and Quarantine. Established in 1992, we are one of the fastest growing aluminum alloy profile manufacturers in China. Our entire plant covers an area of 38,800 square meters with total investment of approximately USD20,000,000. Sanyuan owns a complete set of advanced equipment for aluminum alloy profiles production. We have a melting workshop for billet casting, a molding workshop for high quality dies processing, an extrusion workshop with profile extruding machines that included 550 to 2,800 metric tons. There is also an anodizing workshop with silicon thyristor rectifier and electronic coloring equipment imported from Italy and a powder coating workshop with powder coating and wet paint equipment imported from Swiss as well as a thermal bridge workshop with brand new equipment imported from the US. Presently, the annual production capacity of aluminum alloy profiles is more than 10,000 metric tons. Our quality control center is complete with computers and hi-tech equipment to provide products of the best quality to our customers. As a direct result, our Sanyuan aluminum alloy profiles have earned high praise from clients both in China and overseas. We are exporting to clients in the USA, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong.
