French River Land Company is a hydroelectric operations company. We are a small family run company that owns and operates eight hydroelectric powerplants. We also design and build hydroelecric powerplants, hydroelectric equipment (generators, turbines, governors, and electrical control systems), and dams. We have a liscenced civil engineer on our staff. We also provide excellent repair services with our full line of specialized tools, a full machine shop with a 30 foot proeba lathe, and over 75 years of combined hydroelectric experience.
