About us | How? 1. You buy or sell a product and you have agreed the price and other conditions such as time of delivery. You have also agreed to use Fortis Escrow Services to secure payment or payment release. 2. The buyer then pays the purchase price into the escrow account of Fortis Escrow Services. 3. Fortis Escrow Services advises the supplier that the agreed amount is in escrow. 4. At the moment the supplier meets his obligation, and buyer accepts, the buyer will provide through the seller a pre-agreed irrevocable payment instruction to Fortis Escrow Services. 5. Immediately after Fortis Escrow Services receives the agreed instruction, the escrowed amount will be transferred to seller.
