Fenis aluminium was established in topkapi, istanbul in 1963 and became the leader in the aluminium extrusion industry in the country by continuous development in quality and investments for machinery, equipment and processes. Today, the company operates three 2000-mt extrusion press lines, three 40,000 a anodizing lines, one 5000 t/y powder coating line and one 16,000 t/y billet casting plant. Fenis aluminium operates three 2000-mt extrusion presses and the annual capacity of the extrusion plants is totalling to 15,000 tons of aluminium profiles which are ceritified to ts-iso-en 9002, sgs yarsley ISO 9001, ts4924, ts5247 ve ts1164 quality marks/labels. Fenis aluminium operates one aluminium billet casting plant to recycle in-house scrap generated from the extrusion process. The casting plant produces 16,000 t/y high quality extrusion billets in 6060/6063/almgsi0.5 alloys from al 99.7 primary ingots and in-house extrusion scrap. There are one 45 t/d capacity melting furnace, one 20-t holding furnace and 20-t/charge homogenizing plant and necessary laboratory facilities to control chemical composito and metallurgical properties of the billets produced. Fenis aluminium manufactures dies required for extrusion process, at in-house die-shop with the mosr recent equipment and CAD/cam technology. This gives shorter delivery times and high accuracy dimensional standards to the full satisfaction of customers. Fenis aluminium has both anodizing and powder coating lines to apply anodic film or organic coating onto extruded aluminum sections for architectural use. Fenis aluminium is certified to qualanod and ts 4922 for anodized and qualicoat for powder coated finishes. Anodic oxide finishes are in natural(silver), gold, electrolytic bronze shades and black colurs with mechanically polished/satin finished/matt etched surface treatment, according to the specification. Fenis aluminium performs fabrication processes such as cut-to-length, drilling, punching, protective self-adhesive film coating and thermal-break fitting to window profiles. |
