But for leno weave it will be decided upon the leno eyelets only. Technical quality parameters:1). AZO free dyes only will be used2). Peroxide bleaching only will be done3). NPEO, APEO free fabrics will be given on specific request and for Europe 100% NPEO, APEO fabric only will be supplied 4). Shrinkage controlled can be given till -0.8% minimum and -4.0% maximum in warp and weft at both 40 and 60 degrees.5). Color matching will be done on the lamps specified by you and there will not be any lot variations. Specilatiy and INVENTIVE fabrics: Leno weave fabrics with eyelets of multiple sizes in the same linear mtr with plain weave also in between, Moleskin fabrics are our major speciality fabrics and we can manufacture and supply the fabrics upto the fabric cover factor of 36.00Production Lead time: Our production lead time is 45 days from the date of receipt of 100% L. C at sight in our bank and after the production sample approval For 6 months price confirmation we require 35% advance payment and the balance 65% against 100% L. C at sight. Packing will be: FOB prices for Coimbatore, packing will be in rolls only for export. Strength: Our major strength is that we are having our own Spinning and weaving Mills and our price confirmation can be taken for minimum of 6 months with quantites in bulk. Production samples will be given to you with in 20 days maximum for any new and latest inventive designes. The production status will be informed to you weekly twice or as per your request. Despatch details along with the quality controller sheet and the production manager and weaving manager inspected sheets will be enclosed for each and every meter of the fabric.
