All bucket elevators are built with sanitation and reliability in mind. All frames are stainless steel construction as a standard. Buckets are polycarbonate or polypropylene and stainless steel available as a special order. Capacities available up to 1500cu ft per hour or more. Closed or tubular frame, washdown return, multiple discharge applications, product return features, and many more applications. Indexing units can be used to accept weighed or counted batches and move them to other filling stations or to a packaging station with the use of servo motor technology. These are useful in mixing applications and in height restricted locations. Hopper and vibratory feeders as well as live bottom stoker hoppers are available to feed the elevator or any other purpose. Vertical form fill and seal equipment available for all ranges of packaging. Intermittent and continuous motion machinery cover speeds up to 150 packages per minute. Specialty packagine includes: Gusseted bags, flat bottom bags,4-side seal stand up bags, roll down-tape closure bags(brickstyle), poly handle bags, hole punch bags, and most other combinations. Flat bottom and gusseted bags can be run continuous motion at speeds of up to 130 per minute. Combination weight scales are available in 10 and 14 head configurations to cover the full range of packaging machinery speeds. Units can be mounted over our packaging machine or any other packaging machines or filling lines. Accuracies are <1 piece weight or <1g, whichever is larger. Net weight scales with closed loop logic are available for any application and speed. Specially designed for the application to reduce breakage and increase accuracy. A less expensive yet accurate substitute for the combination weight scale. |
