| About us | In our petroleum marketing business, we are the exclusive united states and european representative and distributor to a major russian oil company and we market wholesale ship loads of transportation fuels and related products and services to companies in the united states and europe. Leman Energy Trading, Inc is 100% owned by FuelNation a development stage company, that is publicly traded in the United States and its common stock is currently listed on the pink sheets at a current bid price of $5.00 per share. 75% of the company is owned through preferred shares that are non-dilutive and 25% of the company is owned by the public through common shares, which we are preparing application to list on the American Stock Exchange. We have been strategically partnering with experienced management and companies to assist in the procurement of crude and refined petroleum supply contracts. Our goal is not to become a large company with bureaucracy, we intend to stay small and become an efficient great company by strategically partnering with seasoned professionals with existing relationships that precisely execute profitable transactions and create value for shareholders. The incentive to induce the talent and relationships to be a part of our management team is through profit sharing, stock ownership and benefits. FuelNation Inc. owns 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of Leman Energy Trading, Inc. and we are engaged in oil and gas wholesale marketing of unbranded petroleum transportation fuels and crude oil trading in Western Siberia, Russia; Middle East and Southeast Asia. We market petroleum products throughout the united states and europe. We market our products on an unbranded basis to major oil companies and large transportation chains. In addition, we offer products through an extensive third-party owned product distribution system, as well as in the spot market. |
