| About us | Sefakoy/Istanbul Ermis clothing was established to serve in sundries service-field in 1958 in Istanbul/sultanabad by hamlet emirs recognized as one of the reputable names within the turkish textile industry. The firms field of service changed to production sector in 1965, right after the establishment of emirs clothing. After the opening of their factory in 1973 in sneaky the firm transformed into a joint-stock company with the name emirs clothing joint-stock company. The new company has introduced knit and woven material dying and printing services into their scope of activity. The company is located at a distance of 1 km to Istanbul attar airport. The proximity of the factory to these strategically important points provides grate transportation convenience in cases of following up the goods production and transportation. The plant containing bleaching, knit and woven material dying, printing and finishing facilities allows the client to have the whole dying and printing processes to be completed in one location. As one of the leading firms in Turkey, emirs clothing with four main lines of production consisting of knit-material dying, woven-material dying, printing and ready-made clothing has a covered area of 25.000 m2. The plant continues its activities with four engineers, fourteen technicians and 350 staff expert in their fields. The capacity of the company is 15 tons per day for knit-material dying and 30000 tm per day for woven material dying. And also containing a 60.000 M p/d pigment-reactive disperse and acid printing capacity. Our departments currently have 5 rams, loose-dryer, open and closed equalizing rammed-sanfor, continues-washing, bleaching machine, pad-patch foulard, steaming machine, sanding machines in their possession. Emirs clothing provides services to german, Austrian, danish, dutch, English, swedish, and swiss, italian, and romanian clientele besides their turkish ones. The principles that keep the firm in strong existence amongst the prominent companies in the industry are to pay grate attention to clients needs and requirements, maintaining transparency of work and management, keeping up to date with technological changes and to continuously improve the quality of its services. Emirs clothing has been rewarded oeke-tex certificate. Daily and annual production Rotation print Two 60.000 M/d pigment, reactive, disperse and acid printing rotations are carried out in a day in the printing unit. While the pattern and design projects are carried out in auto-cad with two computers, the printing is done by color printers. Woven-material dying Cotton-material dying polyester-material dying Cotton, polyester and cotton-polyester mixed woven materials are dyed in the woven-materials dying unit up to the capacity of 30.000 M/d. Knit-material dying Dying services carried out in the unit are: viscount dying flush dying polyester dying polyethylene dying direct & reactive dying The unit has 15.000 KG dying capacity per day used for reactive dying, dying of polyester, acid dying and innovate dying (newly started) Ready-made clothing Clothing manufactured in the department with seventy machines and the production-capacity of 50.000 pieces which is wholly exported abroad. |
