| About us | Our firm was established on 1995 by the aim of manufacturing goods. As ercan tekstil ltd. Sti, our factory has been located in elazig, turkey in order to produce socket socks. Mainly, our purpose is to produce goods that will serve for our customers health, comfortability and plesure. We have been working through this aim for over 6 years which has provided us enough knowledge to realize the aims of our firm. We proudly emphasize the ability of our company to export men, women and children socks to europe, ecspecially to germany. Although our main market is the east of turkey, we want to expand our marketplace on over the world. Explanations about the types of the socks: First of all, we use the machines called lonati 400 to create our products. Not only we produce men socks, our machines are olso able to produce women and children socket socks. As it is possible to learn about hi-tech lonati 400 and its facilities, we use computer based sytsem to create the patterns of the socks. That means we can even make patterns in pursuit of the our customers wishes. Another important point that may a customer asks about is the colors of the socks. That is another point that our firm has focused on. We are also able to produce socks in every colors that customers want. Here are the contents of our 3 type of socks. By considering these contents, our customers can offer us to eveluate for men, women and children socks. Type 1: Indigrents: Cotton ring 48%, polyester ring %32, polyamide and elastic 20%. Type 2: Indigrents: Cotton ring 80%, polyamide and elastic 20%. Type3: Indigrents: Cotton ring 80%, lycra 15%, elastic 5%. Information about our productivity potential: Fisrt of all our company has 4 lonati 400 machines which are arranged to produce men, women and children socket socks. Herein belov, there are the numbers of socks that shows our daily capacity to produce our goods: Men socks:480 couples(*365=175200) Women socks:240 couples(*365=87600) Children socks:250 couples(*365=91250) That means we are able to produce 304050 socks in a year. It is possible to indicate that our factory works every day of the week. So that we need to multiple our daily products by 30 to get our monthly pruduct capacity. |
