Where appropriate we are able to arrange for our direct clients to meet and arrange for them, appointments at the bank(s) or other lenders nominated offices during the loan or financing process we undertake for our clients. We work within the global arena providing funding for clients with variable demands, in most sectors of business and industry. We are authorized where we deem appropriate to carry out a detailed appraisal and full evaluation of the project submitted, meeting with you and your advisors face to face in discussions. In guiding the preparation of the finance package, presentation of the same and representation by us in negotiation with the lender/groups, reviewing and qualifying documents and advising on procedures to be followed, compilation of information, and in arranging appointments for our clients with our bankers at their offices in the U. S. A or Canada as deemed necessary or at the request of the client during the loan processing exercise. |
