I ) DESIGINING DEPARTMENT: We having designing department, where we will make the samples & send the picture to buyers through mail, where they will show to their customers & stores & fix the orders & colours for the same . Also we do the orders as per the designs given by the buyers from Overseas. II ) COSTING DEPARTMENT : After the order booking the Buyers will send us the order sheet with measurement chart & colour details & order qty & delivery date to CEO. After receiving the same . The CEO ! finalize the costing with the Buyer & as soon as the costing is finalized , he will proceed the same to the Merchandisers. III) MERCHANDISING DEPARTMENT: Corresponding merchandisers will make the Fitting samples & colour lab dips for Buyer approval & after approval from the Buyer they will make the Pre production samples & get approved from Buyer & after Pre production samples approval. We will go for bulk production. IV )INSPECTION DEPARTMENT After bulk production the Final Inspecting authorities checks the garments & after their approval the shipment will be ready for shipping where we will send you the shipment samples. After your approval on shipment sample. Shipment will be made providing the Invoice & packing list details to Buyer end.
