| About us | Founders: Sebastian Shahvandi founder of HNM Technologies and Karen Sander Founder of Start Up Marketing Solutions, and Aldeburgh, Ltd. VTLinx Information Systems, and CI Pacifico, Ltd. Founded Dynamique Global Trading LLC in late 2004. Karen Sander: Karen Sander, native of Colombia SA, began her career in Trading, Business Development, and Marketing 20 years ago after graduating Summa Cum Laude with a Masters Degree in International Business from the Southern New Hampshire University. Her first founded international trading company was International Trading of the Pacific, were she exported shrimp form Colombia, SA to the US customers such as Red Lobster, and Ocean Pack, and Japan wholesalers importers. She also dealt with the importation of paper from Sweden, Finland, and Canada. In addition, she was responsible for the importation of Kia Motors automobiles, into Colombia ten years ago. Today she is working as a consultant for wine brokerage in the Napa Valley RSWCO, Co. Vice President of a telecommunications company, Aldeburgh, LLC and Dynamique. She was a professor for 6 years in the graduate and undergraduate school of business and Advisory to their International Business Doctorate Program. Sebastian Shahvandi Sebastian Shahvandi a Business graduate from St. Edwards University at Texas established HNM Technologies in 2000 importing and distributing automotive products into the United States and later extending business into China, India and the United Arab Emirates. Today HNM Technologies exports products for mining, construction, and industrial use, including silicone products for the automotive industry also owning a few patented products used in the auto industry today. The union between Sebastian and Karen is a complementary one. Their energy is seen in the negotiations to get the best product at the best price and service. Our business practice is to maintain a high level of ethics within our negotiations, penetrate any market or commodity as per our customer need, states Sebastian Shahvandi. We feel if there is a supply there is a demand. The commodities business is fast and vast. What today is a hot item, tomorrow you don't hear about it.
