| About us | The encouraging of organic agriculture is with a vision of preserving the soil and ecological balance in cultivation lands and restoring such in the lands subjected to adulteration of inorganic compounds in the form of fertilizers, insecticides & weedicides. Farming The company will encourage farmers and harvesters to practice sustainable methods and also move into some non traditional areas of cultivation including cultivating fresh herbs & spices which are presently not cultivated in any organized manner. The company has identified some endemic agro produce like aromatic rices and pulses and will add value through encouraging organic cultivation practices & eco friendly packaging. Fresh produce such as fruits & vegetables will also receive the attention towards organic cultivating and post harvest processing including packing produce to international standards and transporting same to markets while exporting to global buyers. It is intended to produce through out growers a part of its requirements whilst developing company managed farms to cultivate produce with collaborations with international companies in the business. Improving post harvest handling of fresh produce by clean storage in temperature controlled facilities, suitable packing and crating of produce on market requirements and export marketing of the produce will add value to the farming community on a national basis. |
