Our experienced, enthusiastic and well-trained staff takes care of packing and transportation of the products from the producing regions to our processing facilities. Here they are cleaned, sifted with the newest technology machines and picked by capable hands all according the best practise. All necessary pre-cautions are taken to deliver the cleanest, safest and most natural herbs at their characteristic aroma. As well as producing the herbs we also gather them from the wild, dry them under the best conditions to meet the highest quality, flavour and sanitary requirements. Our products do not contain any additives or preservatives. In order to satisfy the most demanding of customers, we apply the strictest safety and quality controls throughout the full production cycle from harvesting till dispatching and assess critical controls at various steps of the production process. Our state-of the-art product tracebility system allows us to trace issues of concerns and solve problems at its origin, enabling us to maintain at any time the highest quality standards for our customers. Our product specifications are prepared according to generall international accepted standards, but our flexible production procedures enable us to comply with client-specific and customised specifications as well.
