| About us | After establishing in 1995, the company has designed and supplied some machinery equipments in complete set, as well as large numbers of spare and wear parts for those equipment in conformity with the customers' requirement. The main products have been supplied by the company are as follows: 1. Crushing plant This equipment is extensively used in trade of building, mining, energy and communications, etc.. In recent years, the company designed and manufactured several crushing plants successively, among which 2 plants used in laos,2 used in tanzania and 1 used in nigeria. According to the customers, the equipments supplied by the company are well used, which can fully meet the construction requirement, and performance is almost the same with the similar foreign equipment, but the price is much more favorable. The latest plant is installed at sujiatun in shenyang, china to produce railroad slags for qinshen(qinhuangdao--shenyang)high speed railway construction. 2. Supercritical CO2 extraction equipment Supercritical fluid extraction is a new biological extraction technology developed in recent years, which is distinguished from leaching extraction by using supercritical fluid(sf)as extractant instead of organic solvent. Sf is refer to the substance existing in form of fluid when beyond critical temperature and pressure. This fluid which has dual property of gas and fluid simultaneously, is a very strong solvent to a lot of chemical composition(esp. The ingredient contained in natural plant and animal which is effective for human health ). CO2 is one of the most suitable extractants. Sfe technology has been extensively applied in developed countries, in view of its following advantages: A. Extraction can be done under normal atmospheric temperature, without biological active substance being destroyed. B. With no extraction residue remained, the extraction products can be called ' 100% pure natural things '. C. Greatly simplify the technical process, increase the productivity, reduce production costs by combining extraction and separation into one process. In china, sfe technology was practically applied in production only in 90's. The company designed, developed and manufactured several sets of supercritical extraction and separation equipments, with cooperating of some related units of the china academy of sciences. 3.
