| About us | Mentioned below is brief profile of our company devgiri overseas limited. -: Profile Devgiri is a fully integrated mill that has been manufacturing and marketing jacquard&dobby fabrics for the upholstery, decoration, home textiles&garment markets for more than 10 years. We have been exporting our products to buyers across Europe, the united states and Japan. Our plant is located at panipat,60 miles from new Delhi, India. All of our processes are carried out in our vertically integrated facility. Here we dye exclusive colors of yarns, make our own created fancy yarns, various micro fiber yarns I. E. Cotton/modal, cotton/viscose etc. With in house spinning, warp, weave and finish our fabrics according to customer needs. We continuously upgrade our technology and work with 120 state-of-the-art dornier rapier looms with electronic& mechanical jacquards. We also have 50 double width shuttle-less dobby looms I. E. Sulzer, vamatex, somet for meeting any fabric requirements of our buyers We specialize in design. Our dedicated design staff of about 30 designers work with our customers to achieve unique products that can differentiate them from their competitors. With 30 worksations encompassing 3 different design systems I. E. Nedgraphics, sophis as well as eat design software we are able to interpret almost every other system in the world allowing foreign customers to weave their own designs in our mill. In our fully equipped lab we can test our products and make sure they meet the standards set by our clients. We aim to provide best quality fabrics at most reasonable prices to our customers We also have dedicated inhouse facility for stiching fabrics into madeups. We have around 115 juki stiching machines for making various home textile and made up items. |
