With a current production capacity of 10 million meters per annum, we can supply any veriety of denim; basic premium and high qualitiy oe/oe, ring/oe, ring/ring in 100% cotton as well as polyester and stretch. Superior technology for superior product The denim international plant is located at a prime site in the korangi industrial area, one of the major industrial localities in karachi, Pakistan. The plant occupies over 100,000 sq. Ft. Of coverd space. We have selected the most modern technologies and equipped it with high speed warping with electronic yarn sencers and tensioners to ensure superior quality. We have also chosen the latest technology in combined dyeing and sizing to achive the best indigo dyeing. Our weaving section comprises sixty six(66)tsudakoma japan air jet loom for weaving the best quality denim fabric. Superior finishing process is of essential importance to production of denim fabric. Our continous process finishing section consists of state of the art singeing, washing and sunforizing machines equipped with the letest automatic control system. We generate our own power. This means that there are no disruption in production schedule and no variance in quality in dyeing, due to external power outage. We ensure even and perfact deying of shade per deye lot and exelant after-wash finish. A high skilled and experienced workforce complements the advanced equipment employed, resulting in the product of consistency high quality.
