| About us | It gives us immense pleasure to introduce our firm Denim Clothing Company, it is a garment-manufacturing unit based in the city of Karachi, Pakistan. It has an edge from other garment producers in terms of a vertical operation. From cotton to the final garment is done by the same group. It is a sister concern of Kassim Textiles/Kassim Denim where cotton is turned into yarn and then weaved into denim. The current production of denim is 80,000 meters per day, which is exported and supplied locally to us and other garment factories. Denim Clothing Company is catering for several clients in Europe, America and Canada currently. The company has an edge in denim but also deals in Corduroy, poplins, twills, canvases, ribstop, automan which is procured majority from Hong Kong and sometimes locally. The current production is on average 8000 pieces per day. This production facility (i. E.2500 yards) is equipped with the most modern machines and equipment for manufacturing with a vision of bringing the most advanced manufacturer using latest techniques and quality control management, which can meet the highest standards of quality, set by the international customers. We pride ourselves in providing high quality and eye-to-eye production control and management systems as per AQL for our buyers. Production capacity is based on the excellent workmanship of a very competent staff. There are 600 workers engaged in the company. We have developed a comprehensive quality control concept, from controlling of incoming material, up to piece-by-piece final inspection of our production.
