Product categories include computer jacquard straps, shoulder straps, bra straps (elastic bands), bordure straps, trousers straps, lace straps, embroidery straps and mercerized plane straps. Main production equipment adopted includes imported COMEZ crocheting machine from Italy and Jakob Muller shuttleless loom form Switzerland, which have over 30,000,000-meter monthly production volume. Raw materials: 1) The spandex employed by our company includes Lycra of the famous company Dupont, German Dorlasin, and the Roica from Japan and some other famous brands 2) Elastic nylon: our company mainly employs the well-known Xinhui Meida in China 3) Dyed yarn: all of them are high quality dyed yarn from Lishui in Nanhai, Guangdong Province High quality and stable raw material supply highly ensures the product quality of our company and favorable supply system ensures the timely satisfaction of customers' production requirements. Advanced technology and internationalized testing standard: Quality assurance: Our products all adopt international environment-friendly dye and are produced in strict accordance with international standard, and imported according to currently prevalent international AATCC standard. Our testing items include: formaldehyde testing, dry and wet rubbing testing, water washing color fastness testing, sudoric acid fastness testing, anti-yellow testing and tension testing. All testing personnel are trained in an all-round, professional and strict way by the equipment vendor. With the above numerous strict testing, product quality of our company is highly ensured.
